Description
AccuPid bar Gene Detection Kit is a real-time PCR-based kit used for the detection of genetically modified events containing the bar gene (phosphinothricin-N-acetyl-transferase gene) from Streptomyces hygroscopicus which was transfected into plants for herbicide-
resistant ability. This test is indicated for screening materials, foods, feeds or plants that are suspected of containing transgenic DNA.
