Description
AccuPid Beta-Thalassemia Kit (RUO) is an in vitro qualitative real-time PCR for the detection of homozygous/heterozygous genotypes of the following eight mutations in HBB gene:
-28(A → G); codon 17 (A → T); codon 26 (G → A), codon 41/42 (-TCTT); codon 71/72 (+ A); codon 95 (+ A); IVS-II nt 654 (C → T) và IVS-I nt 1 (G → T).
