AccuPid IBV Genotyping Kit
Description
AccuPid IBV Genotyping Kit is a One-step Real-time PCR-based kit used for the detection and genotyping of RNA from Infectious Bronchitis Virus in various biological samples such as swabs from the upper respiratory tract, tissues (tracheal, lung, kidneys, or oviduct) of chickens. The kit can detect and identify 3 genotypes of IBV: Mass (GI-1), 793B (GI-13) and QX-like (GI-19).
