AccuPid Plant Detection Kit  is a real-time PCR-based kit used for the detection of chloroplast tRNALeu (trnL) intron from plants. This test is used in conjunction with other GMO screening and event detection kits to control extraction efficiency, sample inhibitors, and sample sources from materials, foods, feeds or plants that are suspected of containing rice which is known for a popular source of allergen.
