Description
AccuPid FMV Promoter Detection Kit is an in vitro amplification test, which is indicated for quantitative detection of genetic transfer DNA thought detection of Figwort Mosaic Virus (P-FMV) promoter. Like CaMV P-35S, P-FMV is a regulated transcription factor. Therefore, this test is indicated for screening materials, foods or plants that are doubted containing transfer DNA.
